Optima Electrical Compliance Testing . i know that its the level 3 diploma that i want to do as i have previously done the 2330 level 2 and attempted level 3 but failed level 3 previously. any information or help regarding where people rate would be helpful.

you need the c&g 2365 level 3. (am2 and nvq3 to follow). check with them to see how long the course is. if they promise it in a matter of a few weeks, avoid.

hi telectrix they say the 2365 would take 10 weeks full time 5 days a week which after previously doing the 2330 on nights for 2 and half hours a night 3 nights a week id say it might equate to being correct amount of time i understand people dont like people doing these quick courses as i know it doesn't make you an electrician any further opinions are very welcomed.

Hi Ben,

Did you manage to find out about the above company I am looking into doing my C & G 2365 Level 3, not sure if the fast track route is best but need to research if I choose this route, just weighing my options. I would also like to know if they accept student loans most of these companies don't but worth asking the question.

I am hopefully going to see them before I sign up to anything....

I'm very intrigued how the Level 2 2365 takes 10 weeks with them, yet the Level 3 2365 only takes 6.

Did you manage to sign up or have you taken a look at the training centre?

Not much on feedback about the Level 2365 courses on their web pages....

What bits in level 3 2330 didn't you pass and do not you know why
Some units you might if passed in the 2330 might transfer over so you can work harder on the ones you didn't get

Aim is to pass first time and every time as you are spending your own money on this I guess
Good ground work and while your injured a good time to read and get a head of the cource

In the bigger bums on seats level 2 is a two year course and level 3 a one year course. Lots more practical and theory to get up to speed level 2

At most colleges level 2 is a 2-year course and level 3 a 1-year course. Level 2 is the underpinning training needed for level 3
