@boostmobile no one at customer support seems to care whatsoever. I expect a response and a refund and hopefully an apology for this terrible and poor customer service. Also, I had to PAY for return shipping for THEIR phone that does not work with the service. Wow. Unbelievable.

@boostmobile is the worst! I paid for internet that doesn’t work & hasn’t worked all year since I migrated over from Virgin Mobile after 10 years with them! They were the best! The internet only works if I have WIFI & have been on a troubleshooting call for 45 mins to no avail.

@BoostCare I purchased a phone from you last week. My card was charged but there's no sign of the order. No email confirmation or anything. Was on hold with customer service for 2 hours and they just hung up. Can you please help me out?

@boostmobile “towers are down”? That’s why no service for two days and your rep tells me to wait 48-72 hours? No notification? AND you changed my plan without telling me? You must want me to switch providers…

@boostmobile escalate it to them. Hands down the worst phone buying experience and customer support experience I have ever been a part of. I just cannot believe I was getting ghosted by customer support agents on the phone. I have resorted to tweeting this information as

@boostmobile Just lost 2 customers, trying to upgrade our phones from 3G so we don't lose our service and your employee in the Joplin MO store across from north park mall just shooed us out of the store claiming she has had non stop customers since 8am and wanted a 40 min break.

@TotalWireless been waiting over a month for a port in request with no help or explanation - I just keep getting bounced from call center to call center. So frustrating as a customer, I paid $300 for a locked phone I can’t return now! Lesson learned, stick with @boostmobile

@boostmobile and still have heard nothing back from them, no email, customer support agents on the phone continue to give me the run-around and ghost me, thank goodness I purchased through PayPal so I can escalate it to them if this does not get resolved this week
